Chigozie N. Dimgba is one of the Directors of the firm.He obtained his Bachelors degree in Surveying and Geoinformatics from the University of Nigeria. His experience transverses between pre and post contract administration of many survey mapping and earth Engineering projects for both the private, public, and oil and gas sector of the economy. He is a trained Project Management Professional and a member of Project Manangement Institute (PMI). He is a registered. Surveyor with the Surveyors Council of Nigeria (SURCON), Member Nigeria Institution of Surveyors. He is also an Associate member of Nigeria Institution of Management. An IRCA certified Auditor on Quality Management System to ISO 9001:2008 series of standard. He is proficiency spans mainly in area of Mapping, Offshore/Onshore Surveys and Geoinformatics.

Mr. Gabriel Afekelu Irabor holds a Bachelor degree (B.Sc Hons) in Accountancy from Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma. He has a wide range of experience in Accounts and Audit, Corporate Finance Management, Administration and Strategic Business Development. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN); Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN); Trained in Project Management and a member of Project Management Institute (PMI), His great wealth of experience is a strong point to the Management Team of Polaris.He has attended conferences, seminars and training programmes both local and International.

Ewere obtained her LLb at the Thames Valley University in London, UK. She is an entrepreneur and a consultant, well experienced in company and business law. She has played a major role in many start-up companies in Nigeria and United Kingdom. She is presently the President/CEO of BLOSSOM & PAGES GLOBAL at Benin, a wholly indigenous/African manufacturing company specialised on leather, stitches and buckles. She is a consultant partner with Polaris Consulting Company Ltd and also a member of the law society London.

Nonso is the Principal Consultant of Novi Consulting at Ottawa in Canada. He is a partner and consultant with Polaris Consulting Co Ltd. Experience – Policy Analyst, Scientific operation and North American liaison, sales, purchase, scientific research. He handles our liaison, Equipments/Technical partners/ Expertises oversees.

Mrs Judith Dimgba has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management (University of Nigeria) and a diploma in Applied Psychology(University of Jos). Her experience transverses Quality, HR Administration, Database Management and HSE. She has great expertise at tender preparations/ reporting/ proposals, document control and evaluations. She has hand on experience on numerous computer packages and extensively informed on Information Technology. She is an IRCA certified auditor on Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2008) series of standard. A HSE Certified Consultant/ Trainer, Trained in project management and a member of Project Management Institute (PMI).

Mr. Joseph N. Nwankwo holds a Diploma in Shipping & Logistics. He is a seasoned professional with close to fifteen years of on the job experience. He is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Safety Professionals. He has attended Conferences, Seminars & Training Programs both local and international some which he presented papers.

Ejike Madumere obtained his Masters degree in Geoinformation technology and Cartography from the University of Glasgow Scotland, A Bachelors degree in Surveying and Geomatics from the University of Lagos and HND in Photogrammetry from Regional Centre for Training in Aerospace Surveys (RECTAS). He is well experienced in Remote Sensing, GIS and CAD, relational database management, vector and raster, image processing, geo-referencing and vectorization. He also has excellent knowledge of satellite imagery analysis, interpretation and geo-referencing. Ejikeme is a member of Nigeria institute of Surveyors and RCIS.

Mr. Asime Orudukobipi is a First Class B.Sc. holder in Applied Geophysics, a Master Degree in Applied Geophysics and PhD in Applied Geophysics(in view) all from Rivers State University,Port Harcourt. He has undergone several training programs locally and internationally some of which he delivered papers/speeches. He has a commendable on the job experience of close to Ten years.

Uche Nnamdi obtained his bachelors degree in engineering (Civil/Structural) from the University of Nigeria. His experience transverses pre and post contract administration of various Civil Discipline and Multi-Disciplinary Engineering Projects for both the Public and Private sectors of the economy. He is a certified Project Management Professional, registered with Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria, Member Nigeria Society of Engineers, a certified lead auditor on Quality Management Systems to ISO/NIS 9001:2000 series of standard. He has knowledgeable experience in structural designs of reinforced concrete, steel structures and infrastructural development.

Mr. Sokeipriye Huttons is a graduate in Survey/Geoinformatics from Rivers State Polytechnics, Bori. He has a wide range of experience in Land Survey, Facility & Site Survey, Concession Mapping and Onshore Facilities Positioning, Pre & Post Pipe Lay, Topographic Survey, Cluster Location, Subsidence Monitoring and Map generation from automatically acquired field data. He has attended several Certificate Training Programs which include Project Management Trainings, Arc-GIS Training Program, HSE Training.

Mr. Temitope Solomon holds a B.Sc (Hons) and M.sc in Surveying/Hydrography both from Rivers State University, Port Harcourt. He is a seasoned Surveyor with close to Twenty years of practical experience in Offshore Survey works. He has handled Top Management Responsibility on offshore survey ranging from Offshore Site Surveys, Offshore Pipelay, Rig Moves, Sounding & Processing, Bathymetric Survey, Dredging Survey, Acoustic Pipeline Inspection, Debris Search Survey etc.
